    THE INSULIN PUMP WAS UNABLE TO PRIME DURING THE PRIME TEST DUE TO A LOOSE MOTOR SUPPORT DISK. NO ALARMS WERE NOTED. THE INSULIN PUMP WAS RECEIVED WITH A MISSING END CAP STICKER.
