IT WAS REPORTED BY FACILITY THAT A PT SLIPPED BETWEEN THE SIDE RAILS AND MATTRESS, RESTRICTING AIR FLOW. PT WAS PLACED BACK IN BED. AMBUED 3 MINUTES AND FACILITY STATED PT OK, NO APPARENT LONG TERM EFFECT. PT WAS NOT RESTRAINED.
