    FAILURE ANALYSIS REVEALED THAT THE INSULIN PUMP WAS UNABLE TO PRIME DURING THE PRIME TEST AS A RESULT OF A LOOSE DRIVE SUPPORT DISK. THE DEVICE HAD SCRATCHED DISPLAY WINDOW, CRACKED BATTERY TUBE THREADS, AND MISSING END CAP STICKER.

    IT WAS REPORTED THAT THE CUSTOMER'S INSULIN PUMP ALARMED AN ERROR DURING THE MANUAL PRIME PROCESS. THE CUSTOMER'S BLOOD GLUCOSE READING WAS 11.7MMOL/L. ADVISED THE CALLER REVERT TO BACK UP PLAN. NO FURTHER INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED.
