AND ORTHO FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER WAS DISPATCHED. NO DEATH OR SERIOUS INJURY WAS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS EVENT. THIS REPORT CORRESPONDS TO ORTHO-CLINICAL DIAGNOSTICS COMPLAINT NUMBER 00-02041-04.
