    PT IN A CO'S AIR PRESSURE BED HAD SKIN BREAKDOWN AT AN AREA WHERE THORACIC CUSHIONS DID NOT ADEQUATELY COVER THE HARD SUPPORTS. THE BED REP DETERMINED THAT THE CUSHION WAS FAULTY & REQUIRED REPLACEMENT.
