    PT WAS IN FOR TREATMENT OF PROSTATE CARCINOMA. THE SURGEON WAS USING GUT SUTURE TO REPAIR THE PROSTATE WHEN THE NEEDLE BROKE FROM THE SUTURE. A PIECE WAS RETRIEVED FROM THE SURGICAL FIELD.
