THE PATIENT CAME IN DUE TO SIGNS OF AN INFECTION AND THE CAUSE IS UNKNOWN. ABOUT 2 WEEKS AFTER THE PRIMARY SURGERY, THE SURGEON PERFORMED A WASH OUT AND REVISED THE LINER AND HEAD. THE SURGERY WAS COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY.
