    TECHNICIAN FOUND THE BRAKES WERE NOT HOLDING AND WOULD RATCHED FROM SIDE TO SIDE. BED FOUND OUTSIDE ICU IN HALLWAY. REPLACED ALL BRAKE AND STEER CASTERS TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.
