    THE TECHNICIAN FOUND THE BRAKE AND BRAKE/STEER CASTERS WERE SWIVELING WHEN THE BRAKE WAS ENGAGED BUT THE CASTER WHEELS WERE NOT ROLLING. HE REPLACED THE BRAKE AND BRAKE/STEER CASTERS TO REPAIR THE BED.
