THE CUSTOMER REPORTED THAT THE INSULIN PUMP WAS DELIVERING TOO MUCH INSULIN DURING THE BASAL RATES. THE CUSTOMER STATED THAT HER HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL WANTED THE INSULIN PUMP REPLACED. NOTHING FURTHER WAS REPORTED.
