THE FOLLOWING WARNINGS ADN GUIDELINES MAY HAVE PREVENTED THE CONSUMER FROM TIPPING OVER AND FALLING ONTO HIS SIDE BREAKING THE CHAIR. THE NURSE AT A REHAB HOSPITAL STATES THE CONSUMER WAS DRIVING HIS POWER CHAIR OUTSIDE AND IT ALLEGEDLY TIPPED OVER, CAUSING THE CONSUMER TO FALL ON HIS SIDE. THE CONSUMER WAS NOT INJURED, BUT THE SIDE OF THE CHAIR ALLEGEDLY BROKE.
