A GE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE PERFORMED AN ON SITE INVESTIGATION. THE HARD DRIVE WAS REPLACED AND THE SOFTWARE WAS RELOADED AND CONFIGURED. THE SYSTEM WAS TESTED AND FOUND TO BE WORKING AS INTENDED AND PUT BACK INTO SERVICE.
