A GE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE PERFORMED AN ONSITE INVESTIGATION. THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE REPLACED AND FORMATTED THE CINE HARD DRIVE. THE SYSTEM WAS TESTED AND FOUND TO BE WORKING AS INTENDED AND PUT BACK IN SERVICE.
