IT WAS REPORTED THAT THE PT'S AUDITORY PERFORMANCE HAS DECREASED RECENTLY. TESTING SHOWS CHANNELS 1, 4 AND 11 IN STATUS HI, AND CHANNELS 2 AND 3 IN STATUS SC. FOUR CHANNELS WERE DISABLED.
