THE CUSTOMER STATED THAT INSULIN LEAKED PAST THE O-RINGS. THE CUSTOMER COULD NOT REMEMBER IF THE LEAKS OCCURRED DURING FILLING OR DURING NORMAL USE. NOTHING FURTHER WAS REPORTED.
