    IT WAS REPORTED THAT DURING A PT TRANSPORT THE FOWLER OF THE COT WAS SWINGING. IT WAS ALSO REPORTED THERE WAS OIL RESIDUE ON THE FOWLER GAS CYLINDER. THERE WAS REPORTED PT INVOLVEMENT; HOWEVER, NO ADVERSE CONSEQUENCES HAVE BEEN REPORTED.
