    THE TECH FOUND THAT TOP BLOCK WAS CRACKED AND THE CASTERS WERE WORN. HE REPLACED TOP BLOCK, INSTALLED NEW BEARING AND REPLACED THE CASTERS TO REPAIR THE BED.
