    IT WAS REPORTED THAT WHEN THE CUSTOMER PLUGGED IN THE NEPTUNE TO DOCK IT AFTER A PROCEDURE THE POWER CORD SPARKED AND BURNT THE PLUG. THERE WERE NO ADVERSE CONSEQUENCES IN THIS EVENT.
