IT WAS REPORTED THAT THE PHYSICIAN INSERTED THE ATRIAL LEAD THE HELIX BEGAN TO EXTEND WITHOUT ANY ROTATION. THE LEAD WAS STILL ABLE TO BE IMPLANTED. NO PATIENT COMPLICATIONS HAVE BEEN REPORTED AS A RESULT OF THIS EVENT.
