IT WAS REPORTED THAT THE CUSTOMER HAD A RESERVOIR THAT LEAKED PAST BOTH O-RINGS. THE CUSTOMER STATED THAT THE SECOND O-RING OF THE RESERVOIR LOOKED FLAT. NOTHING FURTHER WAS REPORTED.
