A GE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE PERFORMED AN ONSITE INVESTIGATION. THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE REPLACED THE EMERGENCY STOP SWITCHES. THE SYSTEM WAS TESTED AND FOUND TO BE WORKING AS INTENDED AND PUT BACK IN SERVICE.
