A GE SERVICE REP PERFORMED AN ONSITE INVESTIGATION AND THE DOSE WAS ADJUSTED. THE SYSTEM WAS TESTED AND FOUND TO BE WORKING AS INTENDED AND PUT BACK INTO SERVICE. THIS EVENT MAY HAVE RESULTED IN A POSSIBLE ACCIDENTAL RADIATION OCCURRENCE.
