THE GE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE CONDUCTED AN ONSITE INVESTIGATION. THE KV WAS ADJUSTED BACK INTO TOLERANCE. THE SYSTEM WAS TESTED AND OPERATES AS INTENDED. THIS MALFUNCTION MAY HAVE RESULTED IN A POSSIBLE ACCIDENTAL RADIATION OCCURRENCE.
