EXTERNAL EQUIPMENT WAS EXCHANGED AND THIS TEMPORARILY RESOLVED THE ISSUE. ADVANCED BIONICS IS IN THE PROCESS OF GATHERING ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND WILL SUBMIT A SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT ONCE NEW INFORMATION IS OBTAINED.
