A GE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE PERFORMED AN ON SITE INVESTIGATION. THE X-RAY MONOBLOCK WAS REPLACED DURING THE SERVICE CALL. THE SYSTEM WAS TESTED AND FOUND TO BE WORKING AS INTENDED AND PUT BACK INTO SERVICE.
