Description of Event or Problem · 1

THE CUSTOMER REPORTED THAT HE WAS HOSPITALIZED FOR HIGH BLOOD GLUCOSE LEVELS, WITH A READING OF 508 MG/DL. THE CUSTOMER STATED THAT THE CANNULA WAS BENT WHEN IT WAS REMOVED, BUT HE NEVER GOT A NO DELIVERY ALARM. TROUBLESHOOTING WAS PERFORMED, AND THE INSULIN PUMP WAS PROGRAMMED CORRECTLY. THE INSULIN PUMP PASSED THE PRIME, HIGH PRESSURE AND SELF TESTS. NOTHING FURTHER WAS REPORTED.
