    IT WAS REPORTED THAT THE HINGED ARM (ACCESSORY TO PRIMUS/APOLLO ANESTHESIA WORKSTATION TO FEED THE CABLES AND HOSES TO THE PT) BROKE DURING DAILY USE ON THE LOWER MOUNTING.
