IT WAS REPORTED THAT DURING A LAPAROSCOPIC UGI (UPPER GASTROINTESTINAL) PROCEDURE, THE CLIPS WERE NOT FORMING PROPERLY AND NOT CLOSING. DIATHERMY WAS USED TO COMPLETE THE PROCEDURE. THERE WERE NO ADVERSE CONSEQUENCES FOR THE PATIENT.
