BOSTON SCIENTIFIC CRM RECEIVED INFORMATION THAT THE PATIENT IMPLANTED WITH THIS LEAD HAD A SCHEDULED REPOSITION PROCEDURE, AS THE LEAD HAD DISLODGED. THE PATIENT REPORTED FEELING TIRED, AND THE REPOSITION PROCEDURE WAS RESCHEDULED. NO ADVERSE PATIENT EFFECTS WERE REPORTED.
