BOSTON SCIENTIFIC CRM RECEIVED INFORMATION THAT THIS RIGHT VENTRICULAR (RV) LEAD EXHIBITED A CONDUCTOR FRACTURE. IN A REVISION PROCEDURE, THE LEAD WAS SURGICALLY ABANDONED AND SUCCESSFULLY REPLACED BY A NEW LEAD. NO ADVERSE PATIENT EFFECTS WERE REPORTED.
