THE CUSTOMER STATED THE INSULIN PUMP HAD A FROZEN SCREEN, A BATTERY OUT LIMIT ALARM, AND BUTTON UNRESPONSIVENESS. TROUBLESHOOTING WAS PERFORMED, BUT THE ISSUES WERE NOT RESOLVED. NOTHING FURTHER WAS REPORTED.
