PROCEDURE TYPE: LAP CHOLE. ACCORDING TO THE REPORTER: PLASTIC VALVE BROKE, FALLING INTO THE PT CAVITY. PIECE WAS REMOVED. DOCTOR WAS ABLE TO CONTINUE THE CASE. THE OPERATING TIME AND INCISION WERE NOT EXTENDED AS A RESULT. NO PT INJURY WAS REPORTED.
