THE CUSTOMER REPORTED AN ISSUE WITH THEIR METER. UPON INVESTIGATION, THE METER WAS FOUND TO EXHIBIT THE MEMORY OVERWRITE MALFUNCTION. CUSTOMER REPORTED SYMPTOMS OF "DIZZINESS." THERE WAS NO REPORT OF DEATH, SERIOUS INJURY OR THIRD PARTY MEDICAL INTERVENTION.
