THE CUSTOMER REPORTED AN ISSUE WITH THEIR METER WHICH SUGGESTS THE MEMORY OVERWRITE MALFUNCTION HAS OCCURRED. CUSTOMER HAD SYMPTOMS OF FEELING "DIZZY, LIGHTHEADED AND FAINT". THERE WAS NO REPORT OF DEATH OR SERIOUS INJURY.
