    TECH ALLEGED HEAD SECTION PANEL WILL NOT LOWER TO FLAT POSITION. HE FOUND THE HEAD PANEL GAS SPRING LEAKING FLUID. HE REPLACED GAS SPRING TO RESOLVE.
