    ACCORDING TO OPERATOR, PUMP WAS SET TO INFUSE INTRA-LIPIDS AT 6CC/HR, HOWEVER, TOTAL VOLUME OF 60CC WAS INFUSED OVER 90 MINUTES. NO KNOWN INJURY TO PATIENT.PUMP SET ON CONTINUOUS INFUSION.
