    WHILE USING DRILL IN THE THORACIC CAVITY, THE PLASTIC HANDPIECE BROKE. DRILL WAS STUCK IN THE PT, AND WOULD NOT RUN. THE DRILL HAD TO BE DISCONNECTED FROM THE CONSOLE.
