    PT WAS CONFUSED AND TRIED TO EXIT THE BED BETWEEN THE SIDE RAILS. SHE WAS FOUND WITH THE UPPER HALF OF HER BODY HANGING OUT OF THE BED. (#2 AUG 23, 1995-FDA SAFETY ALERT). NO INJURY.
