EVENTS OF PERICARDIAL EFFUSION, LEFT BUNDLE BRANCH BLOCK, AND PULMONARY EDEMA WERE REPORTED. THE RESULTS OF THE INVESTIGATION ARE INCONCLUSIVE SINCE THE DEVICE WAS NOT RETURNED FOR ANALYSIS. BASED ON THE INFORMATION RECEIVED, THE CAUSE OF THE REPORTED EVENTS REMAIN UNKNOWN.
