    DURING A SURGICAL PROCEDURE, APPROX. 2 CM OF THE DISTAL PORTION OF A CONMED ULTRACLEAN ACCESSORY ELECTRODE BROKE OFF IN A PT HAVING AN ORTHOPAEDIC PROCEDURE. THE BROKEN PIECE WAS SUCCESSFULLY RETRIEVED FROM THE WOUND.
