    SHOWER CHAIR SEAT WAS CONSTRUCTED WITH AN OPENING IN FRONT. THIS ALLOWED THE PT'S LEG TO FALL THROUGH OPENING WHICH CAUSED AN ABRASION AND BRUISE TO THIGH AREA OF LEG.
