THE RADIO-OPAQUE MARKER BROKE OFF AT THE END OF THE INTRODUCER SHEATH OF THE CATHETER FOR THE PROCEDURE. IT MIGRATED TO THE RIGHT PULMONARY ARTERY. DOCTOR WAS ABLE TO SNARE WITH A BALLOON CATHETER AND REMOVE. PREVENTING HARM TO THE PATIENT.
