    THE FACILITIES ENGINEER FOUND THE P73 CONNECTOR ON THE KNEE LIMIT CABLE RIBBON CARRIER WAS WIRED BACKWARDS. THE ENGINEER CORRECTED THE WIRING TO REPAIR THE BED.
