    REP SAID THAT POWER CABLE WAS DAMAGED. REP STATED THERE WERE BARE WIRES SHOWING. NO ONE WAS INVOLVED WITH THE BED. RESOLUTION: REPLACED POWER CABLE. CONDUCTED A FUNCTIONAL TEST. RETURNED UNIT TO SERVICE.
