    THE FACILITY REPORTED THAT THE SCALE ON THIS BED DOES NOT WEIGH ACCURATELY. THE HILL-ROM TECH REPLACED AND CALIBRATED THE SCALE BOARD TO RESOLVE WITH THE ISSUE. THERE WERE NO REPORTED ADVERSE EVENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PRODUCT MALFUNCTION.
