    (B) (6) CONTACTED SCI AND COMPLAINED THAT THE FOOT CHOICE FOOT MASSAGER CAUSED PAINS IN HER FEET AND BIG TOE JOING. SHE DEVELOPED A BUNION ON A TOE ON HER RIGHT FOOT WHICH REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION AND SURGERY.
