IT WAS REPORTED THAT DURING A CHOLECYSTECTOMY PROCEDURE, THE CLIPS WILL NOT HOLD AFTER PLACING. ANOTHER DEVICE WAS USED TO COMPLETE THE CASE. THERE WERE NO ADVERSE CONSEQUENCES TO THE PATIENT.
