    PT INFORMED RPTR THAT THE PUMP WAS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. THE "TAPER" FUNCTION WAS NOT WORKING AND IT TOOK 2 EXTRA HRS TO INFUSE THE TPN. PUMP WAS EXCHNAGED OUT SO THAT PT HAD A PROPERLY FUNCTIONING PUMP.
