THE CUSTOMER REPORTED BEING HOSPITALIZED FOR HIGH BLOOD GLUCOSE. THE BLOOD GLUCOSE READING AT THE TIME OF THE CALL WAS 355 MG/DL. TROUBLESHOOTING WAS PERFORMED. ALSO, THE CUSTOMER REPORTED THAT THE PUMP ALARMED. NO FURTHER INFO WAS PROVIDED.
