    ACCORDING TO A HILL-ROM TECHNICIAN, THE BRAKER LEVER WAS BENT AND CAUSING UNIT TO COME UNLOCK BECAUSE IT WAS HITTING THE FRAME. STRAIGHTEN BRAKE LEVER AND BRAKE LOCKING AS DESIGNED.
